Do we need to get on a call?
No. Our whole process runs over email: a written brief, a live preview link, and feedback in writing. Busy authors tell us they prefer it, because nothing needs scheduling and every decision is written down.
How long does a website take?
A launch page takes about a week. A full author website usually takes two to three weeks from the day we receive your brief and materials.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Every site comes with a simple dashboard where you can add books, events and news. You also get a short video walkthrough at launch.
What do I need to have ready?
Your book covers, blurbs, retailer links, an author photo and a short bio. If you don't have some of these yet, we can work with placeholders and swap them in later.
Do you handle my domain and hosting?
We connect your existing domain or help you buy one. Hosting is fast and costs nothing on most plans, so there's no monthly hosting bill from us.
How does payment work?
50% when we start and 50% before launch, by invoice. We accept cards and bank transfer.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. We'll move your existing books and content over and set up redirects so you don't lose any search traffic.
